Brenden joined the firm in early 2024 after seven years in commercial banking. He was instrumental in launching a financial advisor lending program at a Chicago-based bank, serving as Senior Credit Analyst and underwriting hundreds of loans. This experience helps him effectively support Advisor Financing clients and find creative solutions for complex deals.
Brenden has also underwritten loans across various industries, including commercial real estate and hospitality. He holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he was a Division II NCAA basketball player.
Outside of work, Brenden is a husband and father of three young children. He enjoys hiking, basketball, and volunteering at church.
Enrolled Agent, David Stone is the founder and president of IRS Solutions Valencia, Inc. Having graduated from Cal State Northridge (a.k.a. Harvard of the West) he is also a two time Bestselling author of “Tax Breaks for the Rich and Famous” and “The Great Tax Escape”. While David was still in college, he started working as a Revenue Officer for the IRS, thinking that it would be temporary, he stayed there for 14 years. Johnny got his start in wealth management at Orion Advisor Technology, where he managed one of their client onboarding units before becoming Orion’s Marketing Content Coordinator. He then served as Director of Content Design at Mineral Interactive prior to launching Three Crowns. Outside of work, he spends his time reading poetry, playing guitar, and looking for new outdoor adventures with his wife, three children, and dog.

Paul previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer for an independent Broker-Dealer with billions of dollars in assets under management and thousands of Advisors spread across the United States as well as a major defense contractor providing logistical services. Paul has been a part of several FINRA and SEC Cybersecurity sweeps and examinations and maintains a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements associated within financial institutions as well as prioritizing risk remediation activates. With a sister company operating in the tax preparation space and a large majority of Advisors having a separate tax practice Paul has a deep understanding of the IRS requirements set forth in the Strategic Threat Assessment & Response (STAR) work group to help protect taxpayers and the integrity of the tax ecosystem. Paul helps educate Advisors on security requirements that are present to both their businesses by drafting policies and procedures that are closely aligned to meet both business needs. Paul was also a 2016, 2015, 2014 & 2013 EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer of the Year Finalist and was presented with the Excellence in Finance Leaders Award in recognition of his contributions to the Finance Industry at the 2019 FiNext Conference.

Prior to founding InCap, Jim served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Legg Mason’s Asset Management operations. During Jim’s tenure at Legg Mason, the firm’s assets under management increased by more than six-fold and Legg Mason was transformed from a regional broker-dealer and asset manager to one of the 20 largest asset management firms in the U.S. Jim’s responsibilities included oversight of Legg Mason’s Asset Management businesses, M&A activity and product launches.
