David Stone

Enrolled Agent, David Stone is the founder and president of IRS Solutions Valencia, Inc. Having graduated from Cal State Northridge (a.k.a. Harvard of the West) he is also a two time Bestselling author of “Tax Breaks for the Rich and Famous” and “The Great Tax Escape”. While David was still in college, he started working as a Revenue Officer for the IRS, thinking that it would be temporary, he stayed there for 14 years. David was a knowledge seeker so he volunteered for odd jobs others did not want to do; including working the lien desk and becoming an Offer in Compromise (OIC) specialist. Tired of seeing people being ripped off and not being represented in their best interest, David founded IRS Solutions Valencia to assist them in resolving their IRS-related issues.

Johnny got his start in wealth management at Orion Advisor Technology, where he managed one of their client onboarding units before becoming Orion’s Marketing Content Coordinator. He then served as Director of Content Design at Mineral Interactive prior to launching Three Crowns. Outside of work, he spends his time reading poetry, playing guitar, and looking for new outdoor adventures with his wife, three children, and dog.

Greg Prokott
Managing Director of Advisor Financing

Greg has worked in financial services for over 25 years, 20 as a wholesaler, helping high-impact financial advisors and registered investment advisors increase their visibility, productivity, and profitability. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Greg believes that giving back to the industry is important. Greg has demonstrated this through his service in the Minnesota Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and his attendance at local NAIFA meetings.

Greg enjoys meeting with new advisors and guiding them toward unique custom lending scenarios every day. Greg and his wife Michele have been married for over 30 years. They reside in Blaine, MN, and have two adult daughters, most recently welcoming the next generation, a new granddaughter, to the family in summer 2022.

Greg enjoys golf and other outdoor activities and has played in the Main Event of the World Series of Poker.

Jim is President and founder of InCap Group, Inc. He is responsible for the overall development and direction of the firm. He participates in every client assignment. Earlier in Jim’s tenure at InCap Group, he managed a fund administration, fund accounting, and transfer agency business that specialized in providing services to mutual funds.
Prior to founding InCap, Jim served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Legg Mason’s Asset Management operations. During Jim’s tenure at Legg Mason, the firm’s assets under management increased by more than six-fold and Legg Mason was transformed from a regional broker-dealer and asset manager to one of the 20 largest asset management firms in the U.S. Jim’s responsibilities included oversight of Legg Mason’s Asset Management businesses, M&A activity and product launches. Previously, Jim was Legg Mason’s Associate General Counsel.
Earlier in his career, Jim practiced corporate and securities law at Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. Jim has served on the Board of the Forum for Investor Advice and the Board of the Historic Charles Street Association and has been a member of the Institutional Investor’s International Mutual Fund Institute. Randy Kimmel

In college I had to realize that the chances of me gracing the stage at the Grand Ole Opry were pretty slim. I began working in a hospital in the payroll department as well as in the lab as a phlebotomist. While there, I found a passion for helping others and listening to their stories, but that I had a weak stomach. I left the hospital and entered the world of finance over 20 years ago and have loved, almost, every minute of it. 

In May of 2000, I had the pleasure of joining BOK Financial and their family of banks, in Oklahoma City. In 2006, my family and I moved to the Kansas City area. I was challenged to assist in expanding BOK Financial's footprint in the market establishing a branch banking network. While I left the company for a short time, I returned and am in a position that I greatly enjoy and with co-workers that seem more like family! 

My focus is helping business owners and individuals diagnose their financial pain points and prescribing solutions to overcome them. I am able to assist clients and prospects in a variety of areas from cash management, lending, retirement needs, investments, trust services and wealth management. If we cannot provide a solution, I will use my personal network of professionals to find someone who can.

Rosemary Hueser

Rosemary has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry focused mainly on trust services for advisors and their clients. As the Senior Vice President of Advisor Trust Services line of business at BOK Financial, she leads a dedicated team of experienced fiduciary, sales and compliance professionals who serve advisors and their clients providing trust administration services. She is responsible for the development and oversight of the business line throughout the BOK Financial footprint and nationally. Rosemary also leads the development of a national strategy to brand, communicate and effectively deliver BOK Financial Advisor Trust Services to the investment advisor community. She is often a presenter in the area of “advisor-friendly trust services” to educate advisors and centers of influence during local and national industry events. Rosemary has a Bachelor of Business Administration/Emphasis in Finance from Colorado State. She’s married for 30 years with 2 adult children, member of Girl Scouts, an active alumni member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority and prefers outdoor activities during her free time.
